Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return your item within 45 days of receiving it.

This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU law, during which any customer in the EU may return a product for any reason.

 

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is unused and unworn

  • Protective films are still attached

  • The strap is not bent or adjusted

  • All original packaging and accessories are included

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused or partially refunded due to loss in value.

 

3. How to Request a Return

Before returning anything, you must first request a return.

You can do this in two ways:

Once your request is approved, we will email you:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • The return address

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless:

  • The product is defective

  • Or the return is due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it.

Please complete the Warranty Claim Form available on our website.

We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.


6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us

 

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. First request a return on this page 

  2. Once your original item is received and approved, we will ship the new item free of charge

  3. If the new item is more expensive, we will request the price difference

  4. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference


 

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase

Please note:

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are still eligible for return within the 14-day EU withdrawal period, as required by law.
