Our Lifetime Warranty reflects our commitment to intentional craftsmanship and long-term trust.

What's Covered?

For Jewelry
CELURA jewelry is covered for life against:

  • Fading or discoloration

  • Tarnishing

  • Breakage caused by manufacturing defects

For Watches
Every CELURA watch includes a 2-year standard warranty.
If you purchase our Lifetime Warranty add-on, we’ll extend that coverage for life for the following issues:

  • Internal defects (movement, dial, hands)

  • Premature wear of case, clasp, or bracelet due to workmanship issues

What's Not Covered

Whether jewelry or watches, the following are not covered:

  • Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage from wear and tear

  • Water damage beyond rated resistance (5ATM for watches)

  • Batteries, straps, or accessories

  • Loss, theft, accidental damage

  • Damage from misuse or third-party repairs

  • Discoloration from chemicals (e.g. perfume, cleaning agents)

Who Can Use This Warranty?

Only the original purchaser is eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.
Proof of purchase is required. Warranty is non-transferable.

If your issue is covered, we will either:

  • Replace the item with a new one

  • Offer store credit of equal value

  • Or propose a repair when possible

Additional Notes

  • Our Lifetime Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of your original order (if not selected at checkout).

  • For watches, if you didn’t purchase the Lifetime Warranty, you are automatically covered for 2 years.

  • Claims submitted after warranty expiration (for standard coverage) may be rejected.

Fair Use Policy

Our warranty is meant to provide real peace of mind — not infinite replacements for heavily worn items.
We reserve the right to limit service in case of excessive or repeated claims.

  • Bracelets: Included

  • Necklaces or rings: Covered if made of 316L stainless steel
